MALAYSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION SHOULD REFORM THEIR CURICULUM

Yesterday i was see in astro awani they talk about malaysian higher education and just now i was learning type of research in critical thinking i would like to do some research in Malaysian higher education . i think archival research suitable for me because The examination of existing records for the purpose of confirming a hypothesis to research about malaysian higher education. the records were compiled by persons who were knowledgeable and qualified. the records were compiled using good generalisations from sample to population. Malaysia higher education is more focus in acedamic not focus another learning soft skill . malaysia education system also just focus on cgpa . eventhough they got 4 flat in exam they didn’t know other skill they just know about their learning in their university . The university should make the student know about the general knowledge . truth what the panel say about the malaysia system education . i have my fren study at oz they said malaysian education and australian education really diffrent they a lot assignment and more interactive compare to malaysia higher education . Many country in asia have transform their education example korea,japan,singapore and thailand . Universiti Putra Malaysia vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Nik Mustapha said Innovation and creativity can only come about from educational curriculum that encourages thinking and not rote learning. we need to re-look our curriculum to see how we can make students more confident and have the skills needed to be the workforce of the future providing skills training for the very bottom-level workers, we can produce a technically competent workforce that is relevant to industry needs. My hipotesis that malaysian higher education should reform their curiculur same level with the globalization .

LOTUS F1 RACING

Lotus F1 racing is Malaysian F1 racing . Its a partnership between malaysian goverment and lotus and other consurtium company such as maxis,air asia,proton and naza group . The principle of the f1 team is dato tony fernandez ceo of air asia berhad . This is good news in our motoring industry in malaysia this team will make malaysia as hub motoring in the world . As a citizen malaysia proud that malaysian have own f1 racing team because f1 is most expensive sport in the world to build a car it cost a million ringgit so that why f1 call expensive sport compare to other sport . In malaysia many people asking about the f1 team especially politician are not agree about the f1 team because ad hominem fallacy because that might be benefit to other people to setup this f1 team and its not benefit to people in malaysia and it cost a million ringgit and the money should go to rakyat not setup the f1 team that arguement between politician about the f1 team .

As a citizen malaysian people who take the critical thinking i think good malaysian have their own f1 team at the end of the conclusian malaysian name will rise in motoring industry and the premises that malaysia to persuade to setup f1 team because they want make working oppurtinity to people in malaysia who want to work in f1 such as an engineer,technician and many more . and other premises is to bring the f1 technology in malaysia so malaysia not reliable to another country to build a f1 car it will reduce cost . I hope this lotus f1 team can give benefit to other people in malaysia and malaysian will known as motoring hub industry in the world .

ANOTHER LOSE FOR MMU VIPERS

Mmu vipers rugby team lost again with a big margin today . This is a disaster for mmu vipers rugby team. In my opinion the team we fought against is not a really strong team and we have the quality and what it takes to beat that team. Our defensive unit are not in a good shape. Our defends are scrappy and was all over the field, without any real purpose. But this is not the end of mmu vipers team since we have 1 game remaining and at least we can show the spirit to win last game of the league.

Players of mmu vipers should show their commitment and discipline to play rugby and since this is a big factor why mmu viper a lost big margin . We have a really good individual players who can play well, but needed a change of attitude.

The player need to come for the training, instead of opting to come when there's only game. Every star in the world go for training to improve themselves and to create chemistry with their team mate . Level of mmu to compared to other university a very low .

Imagine how lim kok wing which just made new team of rugby can improve so fast while mmu vipers still the same and not improving . They can improve because they always train . They are also a good listener and willing to learn whereby as for mmu, anyone who is a star cannot be criticize and cant except criticize .

Mmu vipers are spoiled, when its raining they dont come to training . Why ex mmu can do this while current mmu vipers cannot do this? This because of their attitude which i heard a lot from ex mmu vipers that says mmu vipers very spoil.

This is bad for mmu vipers sake with the motto of mmu vipers rugby team legendary and professional players were born through this club.

They can convince that mmu motto not vague mmu vipers standards same with other university and mmu vipers are best team. Imprecise choice of word for motto mmu is not vague because for example professional player born this club we have ex mmu vipers are play for malaysia super league its an honour to see ex mmu vipers play the super league some of them have been called up for national training If they want this use this motto they should change their attitude . If mmu vipers are willing change their attitude maybe someday mmu vipers will be on the same level with UiTM,UPM, UIA ,which are one of the strongest team among our local university.

INVICTUS

Yesterday i seen the movie invictus its good story . A lot of moral value . This movie based on true story . This movie about nelson mandela to reunite people in south africa . Where black people and white people are dislike each other . Nelson mandela have been prison in a robben island . Him was released in 1990 after nelson mandela was release he was elected as south africa president in1994 .

When he was elected as a president he want delete policy of apartheid . One day there are friendly betweeen south africa and england he was attend the game springbok . He see the black people are cheering england while white people are cheering springbok . He knowing that the south africa will host Rugby World Cup 1995. He manage to see the south african sport committe so they not change the springbok name, team and colour . After that nelson mandela see the captain south african rugby steven pieenar . Purpose him want to see pieenar is so the springbok can gain support and unite black people so the country can unite and nelson mandela also share the poem invictus he was wrote while he still in prison . This poem was inspiring him while he was in the prison . People and the cabinet of nelson mandela didn't like the idea mandela was brought using the sport to unite nations . The black people are stronger against the nelson mandela they don't want to support the idea mandela was brought

this things has change the player springbok began to interact with the people while springbok player training at outside . During the first game the springbok gain the support by black people . All the citizen in south africa began to like the springbok . The springbok reach the final they didn't expect that the springbok can reach the final . The final the springbok meet all black the most succesful rugby team in the world and the all black are favourite to win this world cup . Springbok get their home crowd support . Pienaar motivate their teammates overcome the doubts and push the body to the limits . After the game was tie in extratime the fly half springbok do long drop kick and the the springbok win the final by 15- 12 . mandela and piennar meet at he field and they celebrate their win in front their crowd . Maandela told the pieenar thanks for his service to the nations but pienaar insist that mandela deserved real thanks .In one particular scene, some white police officers celebrate by hoisting a young black boy, who had been lingering near their vehicle to listen to the radio broadcast of the game, onto their shoulders.

When i see this movie i inspired by nelson mandela . Nelson mandela is good critical thinker when he was brought the idea using the sport can unite the nations many poeple are against their idea a lot of arguement about their idea . the criteria nelson mandela have good critical thinker is clarity thats which is true can be expressed clearly clarity in expresion is sign of intelligence . Obscurity the experission is the sign that the one doesn't really understand the idea the one is expressing . Another criteria is relevance, irrelevance can distract people from the point but truly never help to prove the point . Implicit conlcusion of this story is sport can unite the nations . NEW ECONOMIC MODEL

Tuesday, Prime Minister introduce new economic model . This some thing new in our economic. From what i heard this economic model would include ideas on improving the country’s economic standards and move Malaysia from a high middle income country into a high income nation. This economic would provide more emphasis on innovation and creativity which would help the worker increase their income . This economic model are more focused on the creativity worker so they can increase their wages .

New economic modelemphasises that the multi-racial composition of the Malaysian population is still its outstanding feature and this ethnic diversity will always be with us.new economic model friendly affirmative action programmes in line with the principle of inclusiveness will target assistance to the bottom 40 per cent of households, of whom 77.2 per cent are Bumiputra and many are located in Sabah and Sarawak, and ensure equitable and fair opportunities through transparent processes Hope this new economic model can give benifit to the bumiputera

They are statistical arguement about bumiputera economic because they not achive 30% equity wealth most of the wealth are concuqured by non bumiputera .Families will be endowed with the opportunity and capabilities to pursue their aspirations in connected, sophisticated modern cities, townships and villages. They will live, work and study in localities free from the fear of crime, the indignity of discrimination and the anxiety of need . Hope it not just fallacy of sweeping generalization just focus on worker so they can increase their wages hope the fisherman,farmer,enterupner, can increase their wages in modern live everything is going expensive . Hope this new economic model can give benefit to all people in malaysia not just bumiputera non bumiputera also can get this benfit by new economic model .

MINISTRY OF HIGHER EDUCATION LAUNCH "MYEULINK

Ministry of Higher Education launch 'Myeulink' cooperation with EU and 3 local university . the university are University Malaya,University Putra Malaysia and University Malaysia Sabah . Purpose of this 'Myeulink' are to produced good graduate for industries. This must good news for the industries because they need the good worker . There are statistic arguement about the graduation in Malaysia because most of the grad student in Malaysia are not have standard to fullfill the requirment from the industries . Worker need creative minded, problem solving and decision making this criteria are important to student apply the job.

This scenario pretty much describes how the need for creativity training is often determined. Observations are made that people are making poor decisions. This “obviously” means that people can’t come up with any “better” ideas, so they must lack creativity. Poor decision making must mean lack of creativity. But this is not necessarily true. In fact, this is rarely true in my experience.

Poor decisions are usually due to poor thinking habits. People fail to determine what is really happening, fail to determine what decision needs to be made, fail to determine who should be involved, fail to define all critical needs, and fail to develop ideas. Once people are made more consciously aware of their thinking processes, they use their existing creativity skills quite well. It’s a matter of clarifying the situation before trying to develop a solution.

Majority of them are oblivious to the expectation from them in the employment market. Upon graduation, they become babies again, not ready to face the real world. The supposedly days of liberation suddenly becomes the days of uncertainty. This happens due to obvious discrepancy between the education and the employment – i.e. study is study and work is work. This gap needs an immediate bridging . i hope from this cooperation graduation in Malaysia are better and full fill the requirmant that need the industries

HULU SELANGOR ELECTION

1st election of 2010 . Another confrontation in politic between Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat. Which party will win this election? Can candidates from both party deliver their promise to the resident of Ulu Selangor?

Hope both party can provide good candidate to the people of Ulu Selangor because those candidate will be representing the people of Ulu Selangor . Intense situation will be all over the town, because candidates from both party will be arguing about their abilities, specialities and changes they will bring to the people of Ulu Selangor .

Its up to the people of Ulu Selangor to analyze and decide which candidates are good for them. Those candidates will deliver all kind of promises to attract voters, so its up to the people of Ulu Selangor as voters to practice their right and vote for the right candidate so that they would not be felt cheated after the election.

Candidates will deliver all kind of promises, badmouthing the other candidate just to win voters vote. Those candidate will use vague words to convince people so they will be elected. Some candidate wanted to win the election for their own goodness, some wanted to help the resident. What the voters need to do is choose a candidates that they trust and know that the candidate can deliver what he/she promised. Dont ever trust on all those empty promises. How to decide for the best candidate? In term of abilities or promises or criteria? What the best those candidate can offer? People of ulu kelang must see if the promises and changes that the candidate precede and focus on will bring good changes for them in the future. Unsuitable changes might bring to more problem. Hope this election will run well no choas will be happen and the people of Ulu Selangor can choose right candidate to represented them.
